My approach wants to be a look-back through history, a voyage through symbolism, questioning tradition, the mind, and our collective sense of belonging.
I will be using a single character to illustrate entire journeys of communities through the landscapes of symbolism as a sole journey, of a sole individual.
My intent is also to demonstrate that the individual is a result of their historic, economic, cultural and spiritual backgrounds. My journey will try to capture “the face”, as ∕ tries to escape these surroundings and become individual and unique, through means that are, nevertheless, specific to that environment.

I don’t think the images illustrate your very deep, complex concept. I don’t even think face-painted portrait photography of white caucasians could do it. Impossible though it may be, the tribepeople representing your concept would work better. Sorry doesn’t get my vote.
