Perishable- ness

by Edwin J.

The photos (kodak E100G, 4 inch x 5 inch) are made in a former convent.

Spirituality is an indispensable feature of mankind. She exists because we exist. However, another indispensable feature of life is perishableness. As well in a physical form as in a spiritual form.

Concerning spirituality nowadays, the reason for existence of the initially dominant catholicism gets another meaning. Because of a saturated supply of all kinds of spirituality and scientific progress, catholic traditions will become less dominant therefore they change.

Beautiful tones and light - the images convey a sense of lonely holiness.
