Colorfull India
by Frederic Holzmann
The diversity of the colors is like the diversity of lives. Every body is different but the same dream is shared, waiting for a better life following a different path, following different rules, having different colors. Thus colors can describe the mood of the people as good as looking in their eyes! India is a country full of hope and full of willing for improving their lives.
Interesting messages behind eyes that are able to fix instantaneous emotions…
Cadrage très original. On est à Mombay, sur la mer, autre? Le cliché permet toute interpréttaion. Génial
I’ve never been to India. These photos enforce my desire to go there.I hardly can’t wait to see and experinec this country and its people in real,as already these photos make me feel melancholic, curious and happy at the same time.I love the colored highlights.Vachement fantastique!
Is it just me or the technique of colouring over black & white pictures were left behind in the late 80s/early 90s?
I find these very cheesy
You’re right Warren. Even wikipedia says it: “Selective coloring is generally regarded as cheap or tacky by higher end clientèle and professional photographers” (please use the right wording !). Anyhow this technic is good to emphasize details … look at Sin City !! It was not in the 90’s
