‘A tribute to womanhood’ is a conceptual body of work undertaken in the antiquated photographic technique of multiple exposures on film.
Women are juxtaposed in their different avatars with different contexts assigned to them. Some of the contexts are ‘traditional’ while others are geographical.
Multiple exposures entail layering with a compositional precision. The final image always has an element of unpredictability which draws me to the technique.
