CHUANITA DIARY

by Lucia Nimcova

Chuanita Diary

“Look around. Do you learn anything? A little bit - good!”
(Wall sentence at the Zoological natural history museum of Ethiopia)

This series is a side product. It is a work I would create when I miss my family, or I do not understand anything happening around me at all. I became animal myself, using mainly instinct, just walking around. I document them in a same way as I would document people. They are symbols of the societies they live in, or sometimes they represent very intimate states of my mind. Animals are mirror for all human beings and I hope they will not leave us forever one day…
