NAVAL BOLIVIANA

La Marina Boliviana - war navy without sea. 1879 lost Bolivia the saltpeter war against Chile and thus its entrance to the sea. Stubbornly the poor country maintains a war navy. The sea admiral Jose Luis Cabas Villegas only on Pantings in its office. From there out he command its 5000 sailors, cadets and officers. Approximately 60 boats are distributed on five locations of the navy at the Titicaca lake and the border rivers in the jungle of Bolivia.
