Stepping out of adolescence is an awakening experience, and although exciting, those moments in your life are filled with choices that determine your path in life. As an artist, I'm constantly "stepping out" of what I thought I knew, expanding my education of aesthetic and message. This series to me, represents a mounting pressure that motivates action - forcing a choice, a change in character, a decision to either be frozen in who you are or to move forward and adapt.

Pressure by Garet Field’s hit home with me on the pressure’s i come across every day day in and day out.
Damn good set. Garet continues to surprise me every time and has me looking forward for more brilliant imagery. No pressure.
Once a fan, always a fan.
Absolutely incredible set. What I love the most is probably that those pictures speak for themselves, and have a different meaning for everyone. For me, this set represents at the same time the danger AND the necessity to go against the obvious: find a way to wiggle through obstacles and forced paths to come out on top, free and more strongly defined.
You capture the powerful gaze of your models so well. Frozen yet dynamic. Well executed graphics on top too, that it only adds to the image instead of distracting from it. Always a pleasure to see your work Garet!
Simply superlative! A synthesis of photography and fine art, with an unmistakable contemporary feel. Are the models taken from life study class room? They are so reminiscent of my college days, and so lively! As if jumping out from my withered anatomy sketch books. Good luck!
