Submit

Submitting your works to the contest is easy and free, just follow the steps below. Before submitting, be sure to read the requirements and the terms and conditions.

Step 1. Create a Free Viewbook PRO trial account

Every participant gets a 60-day, free, no obligation, Viewbook PRO account to upload your images and style your photostory. Sign up for a Viewbook Pro trial at www.viewbook.com and use the coupon code VPS60DAYS at signup. If you already have a Viewbook account, go straight to step 2.

Step 2. Upload and edit your photo story

  • Login to your Viewbook Image Manager at www.viewbook.com/login
  • Click the large arrow and upload your images (1000 pixels wide full 12 quality .jpg, 72dpi, sRGB) (At upload Viewbook creates light web versions automatically)
  • Organize your images in the right order by drag and dropping them around.
  • To add captions, click on the images and write captions in the ‘description’ field in the right column.
  • Click on the ‘untitled’ title of your album and type in a new album title.
  • Click on the ‘Style album’ tab and choose your background color. Then click ’save’ and ‘close’.
  • Click the ‘Open’ icon in the main toolbar and view your online album in full effect.


Step 3. Submit your story to viewbookphotostory.com

When you are 100% content with your photo story, submit it to the Viewbook PhotoStory contest. (Beware, after submitting you will not be able to change it!)

  • To submit, click the ’share’ tab in the main toolbar in your Viewbook Image Manager and click on ’Submit album to Viewbook PhotoStory’.
  • Fill in the submission form on the Viewbook Photostory website completely (your album link is already in there), check the terms and conditions and click ’submit’.

Your entry will now be screened for the pre-selection, this can take a couple of days. When all looks good, your photo story will appear on Viewbookphotostory.com and run in the  contest. If you like you can enter another photo story in the other category.
